What we collect

The AI Graveyard is a static archive. We do not require an account. We collect two categories of data:

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count pages and visits in aggregate. GA4 sets cookies and records IP addresses, user agent strings, and pages visited. We do not use GA4 to identify individual visitors.
• Submissions. If you submit a correction or new entry through the submit page, we collect the email address and the content you submit through a Google Form. We use this to evaluate the submission and reply if needed.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to The Weekly Obituary, we collect your email address through Kit (ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

What we do not do

We do not sell data. We do not run third-party advertising. We do not embed social tracking pixels (Meta, X, LinkedIn, etc.). We do not share submission contents with anyone.

Cookies

The cookies set on this site are limited to Google Analytics measurement cookies. You can disable them at the browser level or opt out using the official Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Your rights

You can request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing moxton@gmail.com. We honor GDPR and CCPA deletion requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and announce the change in the newsletter.
